Welcome to this weeks virtual reality & augmented reality review and before I start I just wanted to say happy new year to all my readers, I realize its a bit late as we are half way through January but the its the thought that counts!

I hope that 2018 is the year that virtual reality and augmented reality goes sky high


1. This Weeks Most Socially Shared Virtual Reality Article

The first social and most socially shared story of 2018 is of course the new Viveport that was announced at CES last week, the upgrade sounds simply amazing and its definitely a giant leap forward for virtual reality

2. This Weeks Most Socially Shared Augmented Reality Article

Who’s going away this summer, if so you will undoubtedly have to venture out to the shops in search of your summer wardrobe. If that is the case then there’s good news on the horizon as Amazon has just filed a patent for an augmented reality mirror which is supposedly able to project your chosen wardrobe directly onto us, using a number of built in projectors, oh, you can also choose your location as may want to see want to test out your beach clothes.

3. How Will Virtual Reality Transform Interaction

Very interesting article, nowadays our phones, tablets and smart devices are constantly learning from us, whether it’s studying our location/locations or our likes and dislikes, how would you feel though if your phone or tablet started interacting with you on a more personal level?
